Stayed here for a month this summer and it was great Rooms are really nice and comfortable, have everything you need !! Pool area is just stunning, it so quiet when we were there !! Very peaceful, surrounded by jungle and a lot of butterflies haha Gym area is good !! Very spacious and had decent equipment, even has a yoga area behind it. For the location, you do need your own transport on days when you want to venture out / explore. Luckily for us we spent a lot of time actually in the hotel working and relaxing, so when we did need to travel we hired scooters or bikes We experienced a few power cuts also where the power was out for up to 8 hours, but I guess that’s just Tulum as we’ve experienced it other places luckily we had the pool and eachother to keep us occupied The staff are also lovely !! Would DEFINITELY recommend this place for long term stays
I had a wonderful stay in Chaac Tulum and would definitely book again. The amenities were fantastic, and everything is brand new. I highly recommend it.
I am blown away at the beauty of this amazing place! The design and architecture are superb, the kitchenette spot-on, and the bathroom is very stylish, pool and sitting areas lavish with lots and lots of plants. Everything is well planned and designed! Big screen TV, great staff, A/C, quiet area, firepit, huge gym, sweatlodge, and fast wifi. Sounds too good to be true, right? Here's the catch... it's 4 kilometers from the zocolo and off a busy road which is too dangerous and too far to walk. We just rented a scooter, which has made our vacation more exciting, and Chaac Tulum is only a 10-minute ride down the road to the playa! Enjoy!

Great Room, enough place easily for two. We also had the view to the pool which I loved. Amazing swimming pool and also a nice Gym. The road however to go to this hotel is not done, so you will definitely need a car!
Gustav was amazing and very accommodating to my special situation. The room was beautiful and the rooftop jacuzzi was the icing on the cake! I would recommend to anyone traveling to Tulum solo or couple! Keep in mind there is construction all around Tulum but it’s not an all day thing.
Amazing place to stay with good views, gym, bicycle and scooter rent, and it's super close to the beach! Definitely coming back!
Lovely and cozy Boho Forest Boutique Studios! We stayed at villa #117 - second floor. We visited from Canada and can guarantee it’s safe and up to Canadian standards. At a great price. We’ll come back again for sure!
